Alright, so here’s the scoop. Pneuma Games Group just kicked off this new gig called Cast Iron Games. Ironic? Maybe. This place is supposed to have this rock-solid vibe, or at least that’s what they’re aiming for, I guess. They’ve set up shop at Tileyard North in Wakefield. Triple-A co-dev work and porting games are their jam. And guess who’s running the show? Arden Aspinall and Jon Seymour—yeah, those guys. They’ve been around the block: TickTock, Rebellion, Double Eleven. No joke.
Cast Iron’s like family with Double Eleven. Think of them as siblings, I suppose?
Aspinall sticks with the metaphor: “Like, we want this company to be as dependable as its name, straight-up ironclad, you know? Reliable results for our clients and all that jazz.” He’s practically gushing about Lee and Double Eleven’s leadership. Those principles they’ve got? Cast Iron’s sharing them too. I mean, it’s like a cozy handshake deal or something. “We sync up with their vision, seriously! Partnerships that last, yada yada.”
Meanwhile, Seymour’s all about the vibes, man. “We wanted an ace place for the team. Talented folks all around, and it just pumps you up, ya know? Frees us to do our best work—bringing those big, artsy ideas to reality.” It’s like he’s painting a picture of a creative utopia or something.
Anyway, it’s kicking off a new chapter for them. Kinda curious to see how it all unfolds.
