Cryorig’s at it again, folks. I remember a time when I’d visit Cryorig’s booth, and they’d talk about comebacks like it was some movie plot. Anyway, so they’ve just thrown out this whole lineup of cool things—pun intended—with names that sound like they belong in a sci-fi novel or something. This was supposed to be straight to the point but, well, here we are.
So, there’s this thing called the Gladius Astral. Picture a dual-tower cooler, yep, sounds like something otherworldly, right? It handles 280W, thanks to, wait for it, ten 6mm heatpipes! There’s some kind of digital display on top, which either looks amazing or distracts you from actual work. Who knows. It’s got this Smart Control doohickey along with those flashy ARGB LEDs. Not going to lie, I had to look up what those were once.
Then there’s the C5 and this copper variant, C5 cu. Mini stuff that sounds powerful enough to launch a spaceship—up to 165W for the first one, and 180W for the copper one. And yes, the names sound like they come with tiny capes. They snap on easily and vibe well with AMD Ryzen CPUs.
Now, the Cryo360—makes me think of a futuristic ice age. But in reality, it’s just an AIO that cools up to 280W. Has some epic high-res LCD screen embedded too, like who needs TV when your cooler tells you everything?
A bit down the list, you get the CR6S and its cousin the CR6S Plus. They don’t seem satisfied with just huge cooling power—250W, mind you—they bring along RGB-lit fans and that sleek copper and nickel combo look. I could almost hear the lights now—don’t ask me why. Then, the CR4S duo struts in with 200W capabilities like it’s no biggie.
Finally, there’s the Lull PC case. “Lull” makes it sound quiet—or sleepy? Which might be the intention, I guess. It’s this fanless, finless tower with, get this, curved glass. Sounds not only futuristic but dangerously fragile. But hey, it’s silent, and that’s what counts.
Cryorig’s dropping these soon in stores, so keep an eye out if your PC needs a cool new look. Or just needs to stay cool—literally.
