Alright, so here’s my take on this whole Xbox game flood we’re seeing this week. And seriously, what a flood it is. We’ve got FromSoftware throwing Elden Ring Nightreign into the mix, and, trust me, that’s the one most folks are buzzing about. It’s like they took the co-op thing, slapped some extra spice on it, and said, “Hey gamers, get your squad and go wreck stuff.” Seems the bosses you’ll face are like a greatest hits collection from the other Dark Souls-y games. Anyone else feel déjà vu?
Speaking of all these releases, did you dive into last week’s lineup yet? Capcom’s Onimusha 2 remaster was part of that. Anyway, here’s what’s hitting the Xbox store next week. Brace yourself:

Cattle Country for Xbox Series X|S. It’s kinda this weird blend — like you’re chillin’ on the frontier. We’re talking mining, fishing, and, of course, drama with cowboys and bandits. Or so they say.
Zombie Cure Lab also makes an entrance. Imagine the world’s gone all Walking Dead, but there’s this glimmer of hope — some brainiacs found a way to turn zombies back into humans. I can’t quite wrap my head around the logistics, but, hey, it’s all about building this mega lab to fix folks up.

Got this title called Black Pieces Move First. Ever heard of a rebellious pawn? Yeah, me neither, until this game came along. War over a chessboard, pretty much.
Cinderscratch is next — a saga about a fallen city fighting corruption. Epic, right? Except the city kinda… lost that fight.
Disorder: Save Your Family. It’s dark, it’s twisted, it’s like those nightmare puzzles you can’t solve because you keep messing up. The stakes? Well, let’s say making mistakes has some nasty consequences.
Elemental War Clash takes the old tower defense and soups it up with roguelite, RPG bits. I mean, you can even build your maps, which sounds like a messy kind of fun.
Pipistrello and the Cursed Yoyo involves a yoyo master battling, I dunno, crime syndicates? The story supposedly weaves through a tale of family shenanigans.
Slime Color ropes you into a puzzle-centric world where slimes open doors. Yep, not kidding. It’s about hitting each level with a mix of brains and reflexes.
Submersed 2 – Hive Mind. If the idea of hanging out at the bottom of the ocean doesn’t wig you out, maybe the added horror will. It’s essentially a thriller submerged underwater.
Starlight Legacy is a nod to the good ol’ 16-bit JRPG days. You get this sprawling kingdom vibe, with the freedom to wander wherever the heck you want. Nostalgia meets choice, I guess?
to a T. Imagine a teen whose body’s shaped like a “T.” Now toss them into a town with quirky folks, toss in unicycles, and see what happens.

Battle Puzzle 2048 – Space Girls. A classic 2048 puzzle, but with a plot twist that involves some strategy and space, which makes my head spin a little.
Copycat. There’s this pet who discovers abandonment — I know, heavy stuff — tied with bright visuals and deep feels. It’s about what “home” truly means.
Fuga: Melodies of Steel 3. It’s got kids, tanks, empires — a full-on adventure to save a friend. Throw in some epic battles, and that’s your journey.
Higgs Boson: Puzzle Collection. Yeah, it’s all about spheres and rotating worlds. Confusing? Potentially.
Spray Paint Simulator. You’re painting Spatterville, bringing color to the gray. Fancy running a spray-paint gig? They’ve got you.

Bridge Race. It’s a race with bricks — building speed marathons, if you will. It’s, odd? Maybe.
Disney Illusion Island. Oh, look! Mickey and crew on a book-collecting quest. Classic Disney adventure vibes.
Deep Under. This one’s got this guy, Alex, tangled up in a camping trip gone wrong. Seriously, I’d think twice about heading into those woods.
Dual Paths. You’re playing both sides of the board, steering friends and foes. Balancing strategy with fast thinking must be a trip.
Eternal Evil. Picture battles, nightmares, and a load of ghouls. Pick your weapons wisely in this creepy dive.
Elden Ring Nightreign circles back in, ready to shake up the original game landscape.
F1 25 lets you zoom into the 2025 grand racing scene. Feel the need for speed? This is your jam.
Kuznetsk 1997. It’s a visual novel oozing mystery buried in a city’s unsuspecting facade. Secrets unravel, looming like shadows.
Phew! That’s a mouthful, or an eyeful. Or something. Stuff’s lined up, so pick your poison.
