So, here’s the deal: RimWorld’s back in the Steam Top Ten, and all because of this new Odyssey DLC. Yeah, it jumped up like 58 spots or something. Crazy, right? It’s sitting pretty at No.3 for the week. Oh, and there’s a 20% discount too. Who doesn’t love a good bargain?
And then you got this Odyssey DLC itself — fifth-highest seller of the week. Dropped on July 11th. Mark your calendars or whatever. Meanwhile, Counter-Strike 2? Still holding strong at No.1. It’s like the king that just won’t quit. PUBG: Battlegrounds? Climbed up three spots to second. Something about a K-pop group, Aespa. Not really my scene, but hey, it worked.
Valve’s Steam Deck? Nah, slipped two places to fourth. Still solid, but I guess everyone’s into other stuff now. What caught my eye, though, was Marvel Rivals jumping 25 spots to snag sixth. July 11th seemed to be a big day with new content and all that.
Indie game Peak? Yeah, it’s slipped to No.7. People have been all over it, though — some 4.5 million units or more. Destiny 2’s back in the game, hitting No.8 because of some expansion thing, The Edge of Fate. Came out on July 15th. Clearly, expansions keep things fresh, right?
Naraka: Bladepoint popped up in ninth. Don’t ask me how it did — martial arts might be the new cool? And then, poor Dead by Daylight, just chilling at tenth after falling three spots.
Here’s the whole list if you’re into that kind of thing:
1. Counter-Strike 2
2. PUBG: Battlegrounds
3. RimWorld
4. Steam Deck
5. RimWorld – Odyssey
6. Marvel Rivals
7. Peak
8. Destiny 2
9. Naraka: Bladepoint
10. Dead by Daylight
July 15th was the cutoff, by the way — if dates even matter here.
